We started Norvik because we kept seeing the same problem: a small product team with one or two backend engineers, a Postgres on someone’s personal AWS account, and a Redis nobody backs up. We took the runbooks we wrote at previous jobs, automated them, and put a clean control plane in front. That’s the whole product.

Where is data hosted?
Helsinki (FI) and Stockholm (SE) for primary regions, Amsterdam (NL) for DR. We don’t replicate outside the EEA without an explicit per-project opt-in.
Do you offer SLA?
99.9% on Standard, 99.95% on Pro tiers. Credits are issued automatically, you don’t need to write us asking.
How do I migrate from AWS / Hetzner / DigitalOcean?
For Postgres — logical replication. For Redis — --rdb-stream. For object storage — we have a one-shot mirroring tool. Or just talk to us, we’ll do it for you.
What about egress charges?
Free between Norvik services. 100 GB/month free out of the platform; after that €0.01/GB flat. No tiers, no peering markup.
